Last November 17, 2011, Ms Maika Vinuesa, Managing Director of Laboratorios VINFER, S.A, incorporated to the Spanish Board of Directors Club, in order to be recognised the presence of women in senior Management posts.
Laboratorios VINFER, S.A, founded in 1980 by Antonio Vinuesa, President Chief Executive, has developed a successful range of insecticides, air fresheners and clean products for domestic and professional markets. MATON, CAMPERO, DORIL and BAHIA are the main well known brands of the company. Laboratorios VINFER, S.A. is considered as the first aerosol producer company in Castilla La Mancha and the third one in Spain. Ms Maika Vinuesa, member of the family, is holding the top executive position as Managing Director since 10 years ago.
The Board of Directors Club was founded in Spain in 1999 to promote good governance, corporate social responsibility and sustainability. Currently, the Club is chaired by Juan Iranzo, Chairman of the College of Economists in Madrid and the Institute for Economic Studies. Huge expertises in many different sectors are well represented by the members of the Club, all of them as Managing Directors in Spanish companies.
