Last 19th April was hold the Neurocariomanagement training course in the Financial Club of Geneva, a new innovated and useful technique for General Managers and high level professionals. The event was organized by the Women and Enterprise Institute with Mr. Rafael Saiz Gamarra, first Spanish professional certified as specialist in excellent performance and stress management by the American company HeartMath®. 

Our Managing Director, Maika Vinuesa, hold this meeting in order to implement this methods headed to the management team. During the course, easy techniques were learned to reach excellent performance in every situation, meetings, public speeches, etc. in a discreet way and unnoticed for audience, changing the attitude of the speaker, giving clarity and helping to make better decisions.  The main goal of these techniques is to make the most benefits of brain, using the most important organ in our body, the heart.
