Last Wednesday, November 27, Laboratori Vinfer had the honor of being one of the companies invited to I Employment Days Inclusive than Asla Foundation organized at the Botanical Garden of Albacete.

There are many reasons that drive us to promote inclusive employment and the professional development of people with diverse abilities. Laboratori Vinfer has been working and collaborating closely with Asla since 2020, actively promoting and betting on this type of employment.

Many of our products have been developed and manufactured by group personnel, achieving optimal quality standards and speed in the production process.

For the first time, Fundación Asla organized these days with the purpose of giving voice and testimony to the most relevant and influential companies in the province's business fabric that have been working with them for years, and that therefore can tell first-hand the great experience of betting on inclusive employment.

On behalf of Vinfer, Sergio Navarro Martínez, Director of Operations of our company, came to testify and say that thanks to the foundation's staff, Vinfer has manufactured numerous products that today are in the homes and businesses of thousands of people.

At the event, we were also able to hear the testimony of one of the Foundation's own workers, who told how finding stable and formal employment thanks to Asla had been a turning point in his life and that of his family.

At Laboratori Vinfer we want to encourage other companies to commit to inclusive employment and to the integration of people with diverse abilities in their jobs, leaving aside the labor prejudices that unfortunately are still in force on many occasions in many parts of our country.
